The subject property is located on State Route 44 (Broad Street) as soon as you cross over from Crown Point Road West Deptford Township into the Borough of Paulsboro. It is adjacent to the recently renovated Paulsboro Draw Bridge which is fixed over the navigable waters of the Mantua Creek.
